What are you looking forward to the most in working with GumGum in the year ahead?
I am super excited to build and lead a new team within GumGum. I am thrilled to work with Holding Companies to Brands Teams and show them how valuable GumGum's SSP is. This will be new to many of our clients so I am so thankful to head up the growth of what I believe will be a key part of GumGum's continued success.
What's your favorite GumGum memory?
Impossible to choose, just too many amazing ones. :) Highlights are all the times we got together as a company at the All Hands.
Which of GumGum's values (thoughtful, agility, grit) resonates with you the most and why?
Agility, for sure. When I started at GumGum the company had 18 employees, and I would do whatever was needed at the time, now with over 400 employees, I will still do whatever is needed. My roles & responsibilities have greatly changed multiple times. Each time I welcome the challenge, including now where I will build up the brand new agency relations team to promote our SSP. I have loved growing in this fast pace environment where I am encouraged to challenge, learn, and grow as GumGum innovates.
