Thoughtful - I try to be thoughtful in all aspects of my career. Even if I am writing an email or answering questions on Slack. If you do it with a smile on your face that comes through in your correspondence. Everyone at Gumgum that I have worked with over the years has always been so kind and thoughtful so it makes it easy.
