Join us for a 45-minute workshop where we'll work with master motivator and trainer Katie B to combat some of the main issues we face with burnout. Use the four brackets of financial abundance, health, spirituality, and relationships to take a deeper look at setting healthy boundaries to prevent plateau or burnout.
