The VOICE Coalition EMEA is participating in a day of learning. 

Thank you to all the support and effort our VOICE members have given throughout 2023! They have made the launch of The VOICE EMEA a huge success & we want to give you something back. 

✨ The VOICE Offsite: 

The VOICE Offsite Day aims to provide an opportunity for us to grow and educate ourselves in the diversity and inclusion space. 

We hope by the end of this day we have expanded our knowledge and understanding of various DEI Topics, such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, allyship and inequities. 

On this day, we will learn ways to build awareness and promote a more inclusive and equitable workplace. 

I hope this day gives us an opportunity for us to develop new skills and competencies that contribute to create an inclusive environment at GumGum. 

Lets come together so we can freely exchange ideas with each other, allowing us to build connections, share best practices and learn from one another. 

Lets HELP STRENGTHEN THE IMPACT OF THE VOICE. At the offsite, we will be able to align our efforts towards a common goals and strategies our initiatives that promote our H2 / 2024 goals. 

Ultimately, the learning day for the VOICE supports GumGum’s overall commitment to DEI. It will help drive positive change, encourage ongoing learning and development and foster a culture where we all feel valued and respected and included.
